We meticulously inspect each plant before dispatch to ensure that they meet the standards. In the case that you wish to return your pot, please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We entertain returns within a 3-day period from receipt, but only if the plants are damaged or the wrong product was received. Kindly contact us at sales@freshplants.ae, providing your order number and specifying the reason for the return. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will promptly process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment and may take anywhere from 10 to 45 days, depending on your credit card issuer. Please retain the proof of delivery receipt for your records.
a) Ensure your plants remain in their nursery pot or the original container they were initially sent in.
b) Make sure that no more than three days have elapsed since you received the plants.
c) Confirm that the plants have not undergone any modifications.
d) Verify that the plants are undamaged.
e) When returning, use the original packaging and include all the original materials with the plants.
You’ll need to cover the shipping expenses for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the amount will be reduced by the original shipping cost. It’s important to be aware that if plants or items are delivered and subsequently returned, delivery charges will be subtracted from the refund. The remaining balance will then be reimbursed.
